Growing up with grandparents who told Panchatantra stories by lamplight, the author experienced firsthand how these tales of clever animals and wise kings could shape a child's values, imagination, and understanding of the world.
Today, through Banyan Tree Books, these stories are beautifully illustrated and published in 6 languages — bringing the magic of the banyan tree's shade to children across continents.
